We
have contracted with and will be growing our grapes for Nevada's
own Tahoe Ridge Winery. Our
1,650 Frontenac vines will make us the largest grower of
the University of Minnesota developed cold hardy varietal
West
of the Mississippi.
The
grape vines that Proprietors David and Susan Semas, together
with Rick and Kathy Halbardier of Tahoe Ridge Winery, have
selected include both cold hearty varietals of red, Frontenac
(1,650)
and St. Croix (1,065) and white, La Crosse (1,650) and Brianna
(1,050).
The
vineyard basic layout is as follows:
